Purpose and Scope
Assists Manager Operational Risk in assessing, managing and monitoring operational risk. Implements system and procedures for monitoring operational risk in the various operations area of the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitors procedures after implementation to track possible risk triggers and accordingly amend such triggers.
2. Investigates incidents involving procedure losses, partial losses or total procedure failures and recommends appropriate corrections to enhance the operational performance.
3. Contributes to formulation of the Risk Management policies/procedures as well as internal controls and the Risk Dashboard by facilitating the monthly Risk Dashboard data.
